Man who was robbed by those thieves that were beaten and stripped naked in Calabar shares his story

Remember the three robbers (two men and a woman) who were beaten and stripped naked in Calabar for allegedly using ‘jazz’ to rob a man (Click here if you missed it)?

The victim of the robbery has shared his story. He took to Facebook to narrate his ordeal and also shared photos of the injury inflicted on him by the thieves. He wrote:

"My name is Elder Otamba, Gabby. An Estate Surveyor and Valuer and a member of The Pentecostal Church of Nigeria INC.
Yesterday being 23rd November, 2016 I went to First Bank at Marian and cashed a cheque worth #250,000. The said cheque was given to me by the church for the construction work that is going on in the church.
I boarded a taxi to take me to my destination unknown to me they were a arm robbers (four men and a female) but to the Glory of God, I quickly discovered that my monies were removed from my bag. I raised alarm immediately and I began to struggle with them to return God's money back to me.
In the process, I had series of bites from them on my shoulder, head and fingers and they even threatened to shot me with a gun if I don't jump don't from the vehicle.
God fought for me after much battle with them. The public came to my rescue. I equally want to commend a soldier (one Lance Corporal whom I could not get his name or contact) he assisted in arresting the criminals and handed them over to the police.
I sincerely want to return all the glory to the God Pentecostal Church of Nigeria Inc. Under the Leadership of His Lordship Bishop Efiom.
