Does this photo show a man’s soul leaving his body?

A truck driver has shared a photo of what looks like the soul of a man departing a body.  Sam Vazquez took the photo in Powell County, Kentucky on Tuesday evening. The photo appears to show the moment a man’s soul left his body. Vazquez said he took the photo from his truck. He shared the image online and wrote:
'Zoom in and pay attention to the shadow just off the top of the state trooper hat. All I say is I hope everyone involved is okay.’
Turns out that a motorcyclist, who has not been named, was severely injured after crashing along the road.
He was taken to hospital where he later passed away from his injuries.

Since Vazquez posted the image to Facebook it has gone viral, being shared tens of thousands of times by people who believe it shows the existence of an immortal soul.
