The Word of Faith Christian Centre, Kano, has been thrown into mourning following the death of a church member who was accidentally crushed to death by a learner driver.
The incident happened on Friday at Nomansland, Sabon Gari, Kano.
According to Punch, the driver Gloria Okocha was trying to drive out of the church premises when she suddenly hit the victim before colliding against the wall of the church.
A source, who witnessed the accident, said the collision attracted church members, who rushed to the scene and conveyed the victim to the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital.
Nwokolor was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
Security operatives impounded the vehicle, while Okocha was detained at the police station.
