A Nigerian man Opuowei Brisbe has announced that he has named his dog Arthur Okowa, after the governor of Delta State Ifeanyi Okowa. Brisbe shared the message on his Facebook page saying his dog looks like Mr Okowa. He wrote, "MY DOG NAME NA ARTHUR OKOWA
I name my dog after Delta Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa because dem carry the same teeth.
Deltans, make una look my dogs well if e nor resemble Okowa.
